• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice

• By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details
• An order confirmation email will be sent once payment is successful

• We ship across India via Delhivery
• Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days
• Free shipping on orders above ₹999
• A flat ₹79 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control

• Due to the nature of perfume products, we do not accept returns on opened items
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method
